This is the FULL documentation of Hex Corp, it will explain all features and inner workings of the Guild. Minus private ones that cannot be disclosed, this Guild is an elite assassins Guild for Deepwoken. It's very secretive, and organized.
Our point system is a method for members of the Guild to get an in-guild ranking based on many factors. The most notable being tryouts, although there are other ways to gain points, such as retaking tryouts, and tournaments. These factors contribute to our Guild being well organized, your in-game role is based off how many points you have. Although "elite" and "captain" cannot be obtained by just gaining points, you must actively participate in the Guild, Guild Events, and Guild Tournaments. You must have earned at least 9 points on the interview, and 11 points on the in-game tryout to pass!
| Rank | Points |
|---|---|
| Captain | above 35 |
| Elite | 31 to 35 |
| Soldier | 26 to 30 |
| Recruit | 22 to 25 |
You're pretty devoted if you've read this far! Now, here's a more important subject, tryouts. Everyone has to go through these at one point. Tryouts are our way of getting only the best players! But we don't do tryouts like many other Guilds, we have an advanced system that consists of 2 phases. These phases are the "Interview phase" and the "Ingame phase". The Interview phase consists of an interview where you must explain the reasons of you wanting to join the guild, and how you will contribute to it, the form is on the Hex Corp website. Now for the second phase, the Ingame phase, you must 1v1 against one of the staff members, or trusted members 3 times. They will score you based on your skill level, your techniques, and what stands out to them, along with other things like your build and how creative it is. If you happen to pass, then you are now a welcome member of The Hex Corporation!
So, you're ready to learn about our Rank Systems? Alright, time to get into it, our rank system is pretty straight forward. We have roles, staff ranks, and in-game ranks. Our roles include Ally, and Guild Member. An Ally is a member of one of our Guild's allies, we treat them nearly equal to Guild Members. Our Guild Members, are well, Guild Members they are members of the Guild that are treated as our own. Now, staff ranks, first there are the higher ups the Founder, Hex. The Founder is the creator of the Guild, the leader, and/or Owner. The Lieutenant is second to the Founder, they take charge when the Founder is gone. Manager is the leader of staff, they handle alliances with other Guilds, as well as the staff team. Administrator's are Moderator's that can help with more complex issues, and Moderators are the lowest of th staff team. But they are able to grade interviews and help with issues within the Guild. Ingame roles have already been explained in Points.
Captains and Elites have a different system compared to the other ingame roles, instead of just requiring an amount of points. You also must participate frequently within the Guild, you also may have to fight within a tournament. Although I will touch on that later. There is a limit of 4 Captains within the Guild, and 10 Elites. Meaning the Guild is designed to have around 100 to 200 members. Captains may host squadrons for missions, same for Elites. Captains in a way are the in-game leaders of the Guild.
Our tournaments act as Guild meetups, and events for our Guild. They're a way for Guild Members to all have fun, but also have a functional reason. Tournaments will be hosted for soldiers, and recruits. These tournaments are less important, but the finalists of them will gain points (May depend on tournament). Elites and Captains is where it gets serious, if you have enough points for Elite, then if you reach finals in a soldier tournament. You may challenge an Elite if you win, you take that Elites place, and they are demoted to Soldier. The same thing happens with Elites, and Captains. This makes a fun way for our Guild to meet up but also helps with ranking.
So we have grading systems for things such as our interview form or our in-game tryouts, charts are below.
